- Follow the cancellation prompts and confirm the cancellation.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
5. No-Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full booking amount.

- This cancellation policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to users through the mobile app and our website.
