 Returns due to Defective Products (No External Damage):

 Returns due to Product Issues with External Damage:

If your product arrives with external damage, or if you discover an issue that correlates with visible damage after unpacking, you are required to report this within 48 hours of receiving the product for a valid return.

- Return Process:
  1. Immediately take clear pictures of the product's external damage as you unpack it from the packaging.
  2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing a detailed description of the damage along with the pictures as evidence.
  3. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Similar to returns for defective products, the item must be sent back in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.
  5. We will inspect the product upon return to validate the damage and process your refund or exchange as requested.

 General Terms for Returns:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
- Products returned without prior approval from our customer service team may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
