1. Description:

       1. Product Features:

It does not corrode or rust, and is not destroyed by microorganisms.

       3. Application Surfaces

• It is applied to exposed concrete, ytong, brick, pumice brick plaster and similar mineral-based surfaces in all types of old and new buildings. It is recommended to apply Proofshild transition primer before applying to painted surfaces.

       4. Mixing Method:

• Mix the 18 kg Mantosıva EXB (Thermal Plaster) bag with 13-14 L of water and use a suitable large volume mixing container of 50-60 L for the mixture.
• Pour approximately 80-90% of the amount of water specified for the 18 kg Mantosıva®EXB (Thermal Plaster) package into the mixing bowl and pour 18 kg of Mantosıva onto the water and mix with a 100-150 speed mixer. Adjust the consistency by adding the remaining water according to its consistency. Let the mixture rest for 3 minutes and mix for 1 more minute. It is recommended that mixing time does not exceed 3 minutes at most.
•  No foreign substances, etc., should be added into the mixture. Throw the used packaging waste into the nearest Tükçev or municipality garbage containers.

       5. Surface Preparation

• A) New surfaces: Damaged and burr areas, if any, on the existing surface should be corrected. Proofshild transition primer should be applied on aerated concrete walls and exposed concrete surfaces before application. In very hot weather, on new surfaces where transition primer has not been applied, the surface should be moistened with water 10-15 minutes before application.
• B) Old Surfaces: If there are any broken or damaged areas on the surface, they should be repaired. Areas with blistered or prone to blistering paint should be scraped and cleaned very well. Mantosıva Uni. A transition primer should be applied.

       6. Application Method: 

• Mantosıva®EXB (Thermal Plaster), by placing the ano laths that determine the thickness on the surface at appropriate intervals, then Mantosıva®EXB (Thermal Plaster) is applied between the ano laths, depending on the preference, with a trowel or with a spraying machine, approximately 6-7 hours after this process. After the material has completed the pre-drying period, the slats are removed, the gaps created by the slats are filled and the process is completed by applying another 5-6 mm thick layer of Mantosıva®EXB (Thermal Plaster) to ensure surface smoothness.
•  The applied surface should be left to dry for 2 days, then 1 layer of primer and the final decorative coating should be applied. 
• After all these processes, it is recommended to let the surface dry for a minimum of 4-5 days before applying paint. Before applying paint, the surface must be dry and moisture-free.
